Terms & Conditions

1. All of the items in this website are sold in preorder and ready stocks.

2. There are 2 preorder in every month. 1^st preorder is from 1^st-15^th . 2^nd preorder is from 16^th-30^th .

3. All price and offer are fixed.

4. All items are delivered to customer by selected courier service. Items are estimated to reach customer around 3-4 weeks after the preorder ended.(not include public holiday,Sunday)

5. Changing items is not possible when order or payment has been made.

6. Once customer has received goods, refund case is not possible.

7. There might be slightly different from the product if compared to the pictures. We are not responsible on these.

8. There might be several items which are same in pictures but different in code and prices. This is due to different factory production. Different prices, different quality.

9. We will not accept refund cases or change goods due to goods destruction.

10. Payment need to be made within 3 days after order is made.

11. Refund cases are not accepted for confirmed order.

12. Website owner has the right not to inform customer for the out of stock cases.

13. Colors and sizes need to be mentioned clearly in the order. If not, website owner has the right to simply choose for customer.

14. Order which consist more than 20 items will be given free postage. If less than 20 items in 1 order, postage is bear by customer.

15. Refund cases are only bank in to selected bank only. It depends on the decision of website owner.

16. We are not responsible for any accidents which happen during delivery period.

17. Any balance will be set in member account after the preorder ended.

18. Making troublesome in this website is definitely forbidden. If anybody does so, we might react according to Malaysia’s legislation to settle this problem.
